SkyCo Nanjing Fuxing, a versatile space designed by a talented NYC-based interior design director and a Red Dot Award winner. The entire coworking area is divided into three blocks by 2 movable room dividers. Its flexible plan allows it to be fully opened up.
The venue is perfect for hosting events, seminars, workshops, product launch, commercial shooting...etc. Bar area is always included in the venue hire!
A) Bar Area: Reception area with coffee/tea bar and a long table seats 20 persons.
B) Main Venue: Equipped with projector lift system. Sofa on the sides seats extra 10.
C) Window Area: Sun-soaked area with large windows. Cozy sofa seats extra 10.

1st-3rd hr standard NT$ 4,000/hr, plus tax
4th-6th hr 20% off NT$ 3,200/hr, plus tax
7th hr onward 30% off NT$ 2,800/hr, plus tax
Ex: 8 hrs hire=[($4,000*3)+($3,200*3)+($2,800*2)]*1.05
* 30 minutes of setup prior to the event & 15 minutes for breakdown after event.
* Minimum hire: 3 hrs. Weekdays after 19:00-24:00； Weekends all day.
Half Venue Hire

Half Venue Rates
1st-3rd hr standard NT$ 3,600/hr, plus tax
4th-6th hr 17% off NT$ 3,000/hr, plus tax
7th hr onward 30% off NT$ 2,500/hr, plus tax

Good to Know
Definitions
• Weekdays/workdays available time slots: Monday-Friday 19:00-24:00.
• Weekends available time slots: Saturday/Sunday/public holidays all day.
• Minimum hire: 3 hours.
• 30 minutes of setup prior to your event & 15 minutes for breakdown after your event are included in the rental price.
• Minimum 0.5 hour per extension charge when additional hours are added. The fees shall be settled on site before checkout.
Booking Instruction
Enquire: Enquire online or by Line official(@SKYSPACE) > Confirm dates and requirements by both parties > SkyCo provides an official quotation and reservation form
Reserve: Sign and return reservation form, Deposit of NT5,000 is required to secure your booking. > Reservation confirmed.
Payment: Full payment of the total venue charge is required at least fourteen (14) days prior the event date. Initial deposit will be transfer to security deposit until events
Cancellation
• Full payment will be refunded if termination of agreement when incidents occur which are deemed outside our control.
• If cancel or termination of agreement before your event date, you are entitled to claim full refund however initial deposit NT5,000 will be forfeited.
Payment Method
Payment is accepted by cash or bank transfer (details provided on request).
Your Responsibilities
• Ensuring the venue facilities and equipment are not left abused or in a damaged condition. Any damage, lost, broken, or missing venue property/equipment will be deducted from Deposit NT$5,000 at a replacement cost and is to the cost of the hirer.
• SkyCo provides cleaning tools and plastic garbage bags for cleaning purposes. The Hirer must leave the venue in a clean condition as in the handover condition. Failure to do so will incur NT$1,000 cleaning charges.

SkyCo is not responsible for any loss of belongings during the event. It is event holder's full responsibility
